DON'T TRUST YOUR EMOTIONS --

 

This is a powerful write-up from a friend who has married for fee years now... 

When people say "My best phone is iPhone" It's a lie! It's because iPhones exist. If not, you'd have had another BEST PHONE. I'm telling you that your emotions are utterly unreliable. It doesn't matter how you feel, you cannot use emotions to lead your life. 

Ask people that are married, do you think they wake up in the morning and start having butterflies in their bellies? Do you think that's how people use to be married for 40 years? They're happy with each other and their circumstances all the time? 

That's how people use to move out of the will of God for their lives; Emotions! A sister nearly married a cultist because she was looking for someone that has money. 

"No, I cannot marry somebody that doesn't have money o, He must be comfortable o, I didn't come to this world to suffer, I've suffered too much already''... Wait Sister, How come you've built so much confidence around what only your eyes can see? What if after getting married, he loses a million-dollar contract? What if they sack him two after weeks of the wedding? What if he becomes paralyzed? OR do you think it cannot happen? I know you're already saying ''GOD FORBID'' in your heart 😀

Before I got married, I considered all the possibilities. I said ''What if we can never have children''? Are you surprised? Don't you know men and women of God that got married without children after 15 years of marriage? Meanwhile, the marriage is stronger. 

If you marry because the guy has money, there's another brand of SHEGE that you'll see in that marriage. Do you know why? It's because every time you're led by anybody or anything that is not GOD, you must pay for the consequences of your choice. In this case, it's your emotions that led you not the Spirit of God.
